Getting started
Welcome! Over the next 6 weeks, we are going to work together to address fragmented sleep by using a protocol called cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). We understand that insomnia can be frustrating, get in the way of life, and feel hopeless at times.
Fortunately, there is strong evidence that CBT-I works, and the National Institute of Health recommends it as a first-line insomnia treatment over drugs like Ambien, Lunesta, Belsomra, Trazedone, and melatonin.
